If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’d appreciate you taking a moment to let us know why. We’re always looking to improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request. We will look into your case and make a decision shortly thereafter.

If a refund is issued, StoreroomTreasures.com and our payment processor will submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process it as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect on your bank account/card.
